images not matching content (Salzie mei demo file)

folio 121r in the images is a full page illustration, but nevertheless has generated text and neumes. Apparently the pages in the image file are in a different order from those being used to generate the neumes (the picture ought to be at 126r).

another example on 182v, where the neumes (and text boxes?) match those of 181v (which is left blank.) The given text is on the folio, but matched to the page haphazardly...
