Last element missing in the last line of the folio page in Neon
When I was reviewing the MEI file in Neon within Rodan2, the last syllable sometimes disappears with the last custos.
When I was reviewing folios today I had the same problem! 2 folios were missing the last syllable and 3 folios were missing the last custos. They were there before but once we put the MEI back to review the last thing just disappears. Not sure they were the same kind of problem or not.

I think this might be the same issue as #670. In both cases, the last element within the <layer> element is disappearing when the file is given back to Neon. In the cases above, the last element is a <syllable> (that contains that last punctum). In the case of #670, the last element of the layer is a <custos> (as the screenshots provided in this comment show).
This deleting of elements does not seem to affect files uploaded within the browser (1c34e14), just those in Rodan. (The "sample manuscript" in browser is missing the final custodes on every page, though.)
