create-favicon.sh fails to create new favicons

Looks like you don't have the font `OverlockBlackItalic`. Try commenting out [L17](https://github.com/ankur-gupta/trio/blob/master/create-favicon.sh#L17) of the script to use default fonts first.

Thanks! That is possible. I need to change `footer` to `header` and set up the margins and stickiness correctly. I will try to see if I can do that over...
