moving toolbar to top

Awesome layout! I was wondering if it was possible to move the toolbar to the top?

Thanks! That is possible. I need to change footer to header and set up the margins and stickiness correctly. I will try to see if I can do that over the weekend.

It would be great to have nav/toolbar on the top.

I am thinking about making my blog and try out Jekyll, and your theme is so simple and awesome :)
