Import color schemes from Gimp palette files

This is just a selfish want because many of my favorite palettes are already bundled in [Aseprite](https://www.aseprite.org/) as .gpl files. 

Edit colors in colorsbook

 It'd be very useful to be able to edit these colors once defined here. Also, perhaps adding rgba as an option would be handy, as opacity can be defined...
