Import color schemes from Gimp palette files

This is just a selfish want because many of my favorite palettes are already bundled in Aseprite as .gpl files.

I'll take in charge more files extensions :

• .afpalette (affinity)
• .ai (Adobe Illustrator)
• .col (don't know software use it, but Adobe can make this type of file)
• .gpl (Aseprite, Gimp)
• .hex (same as .col)
• .pal (Adobe)
• .aseprite (Aseprite)
• .aco (Adobe Photoshop)
• .cpk (Colorpicker - its own file extension for colors)

don't hesitate to share others palette color files here. I'll analyze it to see if I can implement in Colorpicker too!
