I would think this can be closed if either https://github.com/SpiNNakerManchester/sPyNNaker/pull/1386 or https://github.com/SpiNNakerManchester/sPyNNaker/pull/852 are merged in the future.

It doesn't look like any fix on the PyNN side has been applied yet so leaving this open.

The list in here is outdated now since the split synapse/neuron aplx files were introduced. It may be worth keeping this issue open with an updated list of untested binaries.

This didn't happen but could still be considered as an update in the future were someone to need it.
