We don't have any place where a user can upload (and thus discuss) figures which. Perhaps another entry in the project' menu is in order here?

Sometimes the references in a text, made via the [^ref] syntax are out of order. [This script](http://www.leancrew.com/all-this/2012/09/tidying-markdown-reference-links/) seems to be helpful in sorting them
I need to find an easier was to write subscripts than, for example `La2-xSrxCuO4` The tricky thing is to keep away from interfering with mathjax.
There are some issues while using Markdown in conjunction with Mathjax. Fartunately [this extension](https://github.com/mayoff/python-markdown-mathjax) seems to solve it. I'd like to have it installed.
