[Map] Pins don't cluster where there's only one LOI in a cluster

@gino-m is this the issue which you describe? There seems to be something wrong with the cluster/uncluster behavior when there's only 1 item (see screen recording). It seems to happen...

[Main map] Data collection entry point does not match designs

is [this](https://www.figma.com/design/r2uGtyOiWoDa29za7DNuUc/Ground-UX-Designs?node-id=7953-12544&t=Dtn3F8pyUBTmefUW-0) the correct Figma reference for the design? I'd like to make sure the sizes/colors match the design but I only found this one in the drafts
