[Map] Pins don't cluster where there's only one LOI in a cluster

@gino-m is this the issue which you describe? There seems to be something wrong with the cluster/uncluster behavior when there's only 1 item (see screen recording). It seems to happen with both pins and polygons. Or is this a different problem?

From your video it looks like this problem was already resolved, as I see "1/1", which means single pins are cluster together. I think we can close this now!
