If there are multiple kubernetes infrastructure target plugins installed, a single job are listed in multiple infrastructure targets in the admin page.

This overwrites other infrastructure plugins with the same name. Now we need to inform the racetrack_client and the webinterface when this happens.

Older jobtybes might still refer to `lang:` in the job manifest - we can't keep track of all the jobtypes that exist out in the wild, but we should add...

Some parts of the docs still refer to `lang:` instead of `jobtybe:` for use in the manifest. We should remove those. Maybe also look in the gitlab docs.
