I am seeing this behavior as well. It no longer subtracts upcoming transactions from available when showing the amount available when the option is checked.

This is still happening, at least for me. Are others still seeing this or is it a quirk of my browser settings?

This is still happening on credit card accounts. The "Use Cleared Balance for Record payment" toggle doesn't seem to do anything.
