Currently my build image is using Ruby 2.6; it would be nice to stay up-to-date (and maybe even take advantage of some sweet, sweet perf improvements!).

Exit code 78 has gone away (see https://twitter.com/zeitgeistse/status/1163444737057132547); I should update my code to use whatever the new mechanism is when it emerges.

Tests are good, this should have some.

Either detect them as Markdown and drop a warning, or fail the build on unrecognised file extensions.
