Add support for private profiles

Quoting from the Goodreads API docs:

Viewing members with profiles who have set them as visible to members only or just their friends requires using OAuth.

It would be nice to add support for backing up private profiles as well. Doing OAuth within a script might be tricky though – we should stick to the basic API unless we really need OAuth.
