@prosolverLIU You actually can run these commands by downloading [Git-for-Windows](https://gitforwindows.org) and using it. Regardless, I did it and found the the path to be `C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\\Partitions\\Pepper Data\Shockwave Flash\WritableRoot`.

Actually, I am seeing this problem intermittently; sometimes the installer background is my image, sometimes it is white. I cannot reproduce the issue consistently and the filename is `install-background.png`.
