This is not exactly catalog - this is a list of 400 objects from NGC/IC catalogs. P.S. The list "Herschel 400" you may find in Search and in AstroCalc/WUT tools.
The list hasn’t own designation for objects and just mixing catalogs and lists in one place is a bad idea
