exoplanets not moved with precession

exoplanet display is a great tool;

it's strange that they are not moved with historical star positions (precession and proper motion)

Exoplanets catalog hasn't proper motion data for host stars

Precession looks OK for me. PM may be missing. If all host stars were listed with Gaia IDs, they could be attached.

ok, then we have to use PM from other catalogues: Gaia only has stars fainter than 4 mag and there are some brighter stars with exoplanets - but what about the general Stellarium base cat. (HIP+Gaia); ideally with an if-loop: if in Gaia, then take Gaia data, else use HIP

This is what I mean with "attach" (during loading of EP catalog). This entry (call it "starId") needs to be included in the exoplanets.json. If starId exists, there is no need for "RA", "DE". (Unless user has not loaded enough star catalogs... OK, leave RA, DE in, but use catalog star data if found.)
