This happens independent of autoplay or youtube ads for me. It just happened on this video as an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PEeVwqRa0-o Which has a sponsor starting at 0:00. I didn't autoplay...

The issue is this plugin was poorly designed. Their jquery dependency should be listed as a peer dependency. I'd avoid this plugin.
