`acquireNextByteStore0()` in `ChunkedMappedBytes:272` now fails to pullback to previous chunk when we need to write message starting in it.

TSQueueLock is marked as deprecated so refactor if TableStoreWriteLock is likely no longer needed.

I think we got rid of file shrinking and are not ready to reintroduce it right now. It was implemented as an afterthought and was dragged as non-functional, non-tested feature...
