Create a bunch of examples using the position and orientation integration

We need to show off the functionality that already exists. Having a simple example to apply a force to a cube is not going to cut it.

Work out how to add video or gifs to the readme page

Make the compute shaders and their associate scripts more flexible

Provide multiple parameters to be modified at runtime.

In the rigidbody orientation example, spinning too fast ends up in NaN

The formulas look pretty straight forward but put them to use in some examples and understand their origins prior to utilizing them. I expect this to take about a week...
