I have not. when this happens, seems like chrome is getting an exclusive lock on the virtual device, so killing the chrome instance entirely is the only way to fix...

this is also true for `v3.0.0`, and has effectively rendered this provider unsable at `v3.x` with more than 5 repos while managing files, labels, and permissions of each repo... reverting...
