I didn't know that filtered API supports completed tasks. That workaround will do the job for me for now. Thanks for the advice and also for this plugin.
this issue is not currently affected since the DST is not in effect (from two days ago). However, it will be out of sync again after the next 6 months.
Since before version 2, I had this in my mind but implementation of this feature need about 20 hours that I don't have right now. so I will work on...
