Automatic sending new subs based on user custom list and preferred language

An option to automate sending any new persian sub as soon as it published on subscene.

Since before version 2, I had this in my mind but implementation of this feature need about 20 hours that I don't have right now.
so I will work on this feature for v3 release which is not going to be any time soon (at least not in the next 2 or 3 month).

however feel free to contribute your self and open a PR if you could.
