Two of the Stage 3 issues are already implemented on at least one browser, and one of them already has a PR. Updating the original text.

I added a minimal Finalizer test on #1473, but I believe additional tests are necessary for both features.
As noted by @chicoxyzzy , there are some sample tests [here](https://github.com/JSKongress/JS-Kongress-Munich-Deep-Track/issues/20#issuecomment-477750040), and many more on [test262](https://github.com/tc39/test262/pull/2192).
I believe this one deserves the "esnext" and "new test" tags. :)
I don't see the point, Servo is an experimental browser for testing purposes, it is not supposed to be used by end users. Besides that, it uses the same JavaScript...
My main argument is that Servo is not a real browser, has no real users, and is not worth the hassle of maintaining its results on the table.
