I have the same issue. I use a USB dongle for EV code signing. It keeps asking for PIN code, at least 6 times during `electron-build` process. I tried `CSC_KEY_PASSWORD`...

I use `certificateSha1` rather than `certificateSubjectName`. `electron-builder` finds it but always asks for dongle password.

Is it possible to use `certificateSha1` with `WIN_CSC_KEY_PASSWORD` in electron-builder ?

I would understand that iInterface is not accessible (even though I think it should as Windows is able to read it, and it seems that node-hid is able to read...

It works with v2.2.0, but the powerline icons seem buggy
