I think it’s an error that nodeenv continues, despite the download failing, then the `glob.glob` line fails due to not finding any folder.

Yeah, I would like that here too. I don’t have time to work on it right now, but I’d accept a PR adding it.

Feature Request: No Useless List Unpack-Repack

Sounds sensible but let’s not assume and do a benchmark first. dicts can also be constructed via unpack so the rule could cover both.
