[Request] To not reload (undiscard) tab immediately

Can we have an option to not reload tab immediately after we click on discarded tab? Most of the time I just want to look at tab's title or url,...

youtube must be updating something, the "block-everything.txt" makes video thumbnails doesn't showed up under the channel page
