[Request] To not reload (undiscard) tab immediately

Can we have an option to not reload tab immediately after we click on discarded tab? Most of the time I just want to look at tab's title or url, and moving it around.

And not to move to the next tab right after we discard a tab (stay on that discarded tab). Probably essentially the same request as above, possibility to discard all tab and not open it until we click the page.
