I'd rather not add several hundred kilobytes of Font Awesome to every page for loading a single icon. Can we load only the icon we need, one way or another?

If anyone wants to take @tierra's patch, update it to apply on the latest version of master, and add tests, that's certainly heplful.
I think it's safer to to put the plain text password in a file, but I'm not opposed to mentioning this possibility in the README.
Does this need to be coupled with trac-github? It seems to me that it could live as a standalone plugin, which may be more widely useful?
