This is developed by NiceHash. The organization is infamous. No top miners contain viruses but most virus checkers eventually remove them. Add it to your exceptions.

Try switch to USA or EU. Delete the '.bin' files(s). Download the latest drivers from AMD/NVIDIA. If the card is really old then your CPU probably way faster anyway.
