pool'plus' option
Will MPM be adding in a XYZpoolplus.ps1 type file that is a hybrid between real time / current estimate and 24hr actual statistics to determine which coin to mine? Ie like Nemos is doing now?
I ask as the -switchingprevention option is not really working with such market volatility lately... and the only reason I haven't switched to nemos on ALL my rigs is the -watchdog feature of MPM. It really does make that big a difference in profitability.
@gak45 Have you tried increasing switchingprevention? It uses the sats over a week period.
I have tried everything from 2 to 10. The problem is with smaller pools the daily 'pool luck' is highly variable. EG one day blazepool is great on neoscrypt the next it tanks... and yet MPM still thinks it is great. Ive done A/B testing. Two rigs same setup. One using MPM the other nemos w/ blazepoolplus.ps1 pool. Nemos outperforms MPM... day in day out. Worse it does so without using the best miners (no excavator for example).
I've never used blaze pool before, have you added that yourself?
The prices that MultiPoolMiner use are live so if it performed well yesterday then it wont effect the running the next day.
Have you got the logs?
I added it via here: https://github.com/MultiPoolMiner/MultiPoolMiner/issues/1203
Nice, looks like the pool file is all done. Have you got the logs?
