This being said, if the message can still get shown to users (for a valid reason this time), then I still think it should be significantly improved: explain that names...

The article [is in BASE](https://www.base-search.net/Record/6f663db75011430c90fece38ff38fb664eaacecd05959559a1c4f379dfe9541a) but Dissemin [doesn't see it](https://dissem.in/api/10.26434/chemrxiv.6287810.v1) even though the DOI should serve as a link. The BASE entry is from May 2018....
