Seems like if you install & update the packages, the IIFE script works like it should. ``` npm install npm update npm run build ```

**Solution:** Just add `wheelPropagation` option and set it to `false`. `const ps = new PerfectScrollbar(demo, { wheelPropagation: false });`

Unfortunately not. If I add `!!python/name:pymdownx.emoji.to_svg` in quotes or double quotes, it will throw a lot of errors when I try to build the mkdocs static site.
