Looks like Hateful Eidolon is also not triggering off opponent's creatures with auras on them, likely for the same reason(s)
Verified Bugged. Easier steps to reproduce: 1) Have Filth in opponent's Graveyard with both players having creatures and swamps 2) Cast Reanimate on Filth 3) Cast Murder on Filth Now...

Interestingly, they are not one cost, they are two separate additional costs, and they are to be paid simultaneously, which means you - as the controller - get to choose...
Closed all sub-issues that didn't add meaningful information beyond describing the rules of a format that can be looked up in a more official location.
