Ok looks like this is a more complex issue than I thought, DMDoc (the crate) correctly applies them to the defines - maybe a language server fault?  http://docs.goonhub.com/_std/defines/atom.html

looked into this - almost certain RT doesn't offer any native specific frame limiting currently, so we'd have to code it on that side

Would be great to keep functionality for CEF to open external links via a method so we can maintain BYOND parity.
