136b1cc9 added the config feature to prevent binding the same spell to a wand multiple times. Will be released in v4.3.11 There is also a setting that prevents wand cooldowns...

The error is quite clear, gradle cannot download CCL from any of the listed repositories. Reference it from cursemaven or the jar directly from a local folder as a 'flatdir'...

Can you replicate the issue with just ebwiz?

Try redownloading both mods, from curseforge ofc

Do you have any crafttweaker scripts? Seems like an arrow hitting an ebwiz fireball but with an incorrect class casting
