[Bug] Imbuement Altar doesn't work

Observed behaviour

I place the spectral dust in the receptacles and a ruined spell book in the altar, and it doesn't play any animation or turn the book into a spell book.

Expected behaviour

I expect it to show the particles going toward the book, and then turning the book into a spell book after a few seconds

Steps to reproduce

Join server running the modpack called warpack but better place the four receptacles on the altar place spectral dust in the receptacles place a book in the altar nothing happens
