Oh, it tries to install it. But it still says I have an old version installed even after the fresh install completes.
The menu items are missing. It's as though the extension isn't installed. Should be a TabGroups menu. The Panorama button should also be a menu. Neither is true.
That seems to work. Someone might want to try Palemoon http://palemoon.org/ and see if it is the problem.
