is_raining is is_storm, is_day is is_night but inverted, spawn_tnt and spawn_anvil are the spawn_entity effect - but these are good, i'll add some!

I think there's a good chance that the issue was actually somewhere else entirely - xp_multiplier is designed to **never** work with xp bottles, so the fact that it did...
I can't recreate that - it definitely works for me
