That is one of the issues on fire OS, They do not have that option changeable by default. (link just drops to the main settings page) Looking for a workaround...

There is not currently a plugin for mapping from mouse wheel (event) to axis. If there was, how would you want it to behave?

simply use install-interception.exe with /uninstall rather than /install. This information can be found by calling install-interception without any arguments.
