Mouse Wheel to an Axis. Is possible?

Hello! Is it possible to map a mouse wheel scroll to a joystic axis in UCR ?

There is not currently a plugin for mapping from mouse wheel (event) to axis. If there was, how would you want it to behave?

Something like: If Mouse Wheel Up then Axis X increase by 5%.
