@touhidurabir, I would vote for allowing users a custom number of reminders they want to send to reviewers. We can have only one form field type that accepts negative number...

Looks like an issue with `vue3-color`. The [parameter here](https://github.com/pkp/ui-library/blob/main/src/components/Form/fields/FieldColor.vue#L70) isn't a new value but rather `InputEvent`. @jardakotesovec, can you take a look?

It fails tests on Travis for the main. I haven't created 3.4 branch yet.
