The code for the driver is coming from your Git repo (which works fine in 3.14, but in 3.15 it has issues, like I said in the OP).

I can confirm this. The driver installs fine without any errors but Bluetooth is still disabled according to gnome-bluetooth and hcitool doesn't find any devices :( I'm running Arch Linux...

But I'm no kernel developer nor _experienced_ programmer so I doubt I can find what's wrong... In the meantime, I've bought a bluetooth adapter that works OOTB so for now...

I said I'm using ARCH Linux, _not_ Ubuntu. And you're coming off a bit harsh IMHO... I'd love to help you debug but please be a little less harsh.
