No weather widget in tray

I see no weather widget I looked for the same issue in search and found one answer suggesting to turn on "people" on taskbar - which I didn't have on...

Any solution to no weather widget on Win10 taskbar?

I still can't see it, but it seem to be fixed on Win11 taskbar style. Tried to enable dev mode via registry, doesn't seem to change anything.

Settings are not visible on Windows11 desktop
