No weather widget in tray
I see no weather widget
I looked for the same issue in search and found one answer suggesting to turn on "people" on taskbar - which I didn't have on my Win11 in the first place and cannot enable it using settings

Thnkx for the reply but no. I probably named the issue wrong - win+w works and I see weather there, but I don't see mini icon in the system tray
I have the same problem, it stopped working out of nowhere, without even updating EP. There's no more "Show people on the taskbar" option.

Are you referring to the weather feature that EP has in the EP properties application?
Sorry for the late replay, yes, it stopped working out of nowhere and now I can't find the "Show people" option on the taskbar settings too, which I assume is the reason behind it.

The weather feature that EP provides doesn't show an icon in the system tray. It is shown in the taskbar beside the area where the system tray icons are shown.
As for the show people option, that is caused by this: https://github.com/valinet/ExplorerPatcher/issues/2010

The windows 10 taskbar doesn't provide weather. It does provider news and interests. The only weather it can provide is when you install EP and enable the weather feature.
This one, that comes with the news and interests. The problem is all the bloat that comes with it, which is why I tried to use EP, to have only the weather info.
The weather feature that EP provides is not shown in the system tray. Please clarify what you mean here.
