Feature request: Decorators support

Looks like [decorators](https://github.com/tc39/proposal-decorators) but without the [metadata](https://github.com/tc39/proposals/commit/38cfceead203a9ec1d9474f395e43e3cf1427991) has moved to stage 3 and i am sure typescript will implement this in a while, what are your plans for javascript decorators...
