IIUC, the idea is that changes like https://github.com/nodejs/nodejs.org/pull/2758 would be automated rather than PR'ed in manually by individuals. If so, 👍.

Exclude external links for now and figure out how to handle those later? That will at least prevent an issue like the slash-replace thing that broke a bunch of links...
