The subtitle track in the video has no dialogue lines, so of course none will display.
That's somewhat confusing. Is there a way to accomplish what I'm trying to do - which is apply current window properties to all windows?
This looks like a problem with libass's Makefile.in script, which would make it an upstream bug. Might be a bug in Automake though.
I'm not able to reproduce this with Nvidia on Weston using `mpv --no-config --gpu-api=vulkan --gpu-context=waylandvk jellyfish-90-mbps-hd-hevc-10bit.mkv`. The video plays as expected.

This is getting out of hand, stop commenting with pointless redundant "please implement" things that don't add anything to the original issue.
Another issue is people whose questions are answered don't say so, and then the issues stay open, cluttering open issues.
Is this still a problem in mpv 0.28.0?
You can also try building mpv from git master if you'd like to test it sooner.
