Worth noting that L is currently used on the planet interface to return to the planet's description (same effect as clicking the landscape image).

The only thing I've fixed is the edge case when you have a lot of ships and the tooltips are displayed even if you visually don't hover over a ship...

Yeah I think in this case an issue would be great
