Red screen? Have you drag&dropped the ISO onto the disc and burned it, instead of writing it as image?

HOW have you burned it with IMGburn? RSOD should not appear at all!

It should have worked. If it were a read-error, it would/should have shown the DRE or a Black-Screen! Definetly get your hands onto some DVD-R!

Use IMGBurn, turn OPC on, write with AWS, use a Desktop-Writer...

"minimum" isn't a good idea for DVDs anyway... Slow is only a good idea for those who have writers with a low laser-power (like laptop-writers)! Usually the best approach is...

I suppose the media combined with your disk-writer, is the cause. Try a Desktop-Writer! Try Verbatim or Tayo Yuden.
